Our Story
We're Nick and Jake Krieger, identical twins born and raised in Park City, Utah (Nick left, Jake right). From an early age we discovered that we shared a passion for working together and helping others. We learned that investing our time and energy into fostering trustworthy, meaningful relationships was essential to establishing successful careers. We wanted to apply what we had learned to the world of business, where we felt that these virtues were too often being ignored.
We attended the University of Utah and entered into the David Eccles School of Business where we studied Accounting. After graduating with our Bachelor’s Degrees, we had learned all of the ethical practices, bookkeeping capabilities, and technical skills that make successful accountants, but we realized that accounting jobs weren’t exactly our keys to happiness or running the business that we envisioned. We decided to bring our knowledge and experience back to our family owned property management company in our hometown of Park City.
We fervently believe that good business is encompassed by competency and compassion. Treating people the way we would like to be treated is paramount to how we conduct ourselves on a daily basis. These principles have transcended throughout our business practices, which have allowed us to thrive in the hospitality industry and run a successful property management company for over a decade. As a partnership, we work side by side to find practical solutions to complex problems. Buying a home can be stressful and time consuming, but that’s why we want to be there for you.
